I have been experiencing all the same symptoms, and think they appeared in a similar order, and I’ve seen countless doctors & practitioners and no one has linked all my symptoms to the Vegas nerve. Only the acupuncturist I am recently working with, has given me exercises for down regulate my VN! Thank you SO MUCH for sharing your story!! Your voice is so so soothing and love the pauses. So needed in this kind of video! In fact would love even longer pauses sometimes Qu. Is it normal to have contraction around the shoulders and TMJ while doing this? My breath is very light like suggested, but struggling with the sequence and feeling like I have enough air. Is this a case of practice

It would be perfect but the after meditation is sooo disturbing.. I am so aware of this super loud sound and have to grab quickly my phone to turn it off
Thank you. A very effective meditation. Would you pls consider making this available without the beginning and ending musical tones. They are very loud and distracting and completely wake me up when I use this to help fall asleep. I have terrible insomnia and this really helps me relax. Using this looped becomes impossible.
